Pricing opens at $98,990 before on-road costs for the eight-seat Patrol Ti. While this represents a modest $2,450 price increase over the outgoing Y62 Ti, it strategically undercuts its chief arch-rival, the base Toyota LandCruiser 300 Series GX ($99,270), by $280.

The range climbs to $145,990 plus on-roads for the top-tier Ti-L Reserve, sitting comfortably beneath the range-topping LandCruiser Sahara ZX hybrid ($156,740).

Powertrain Overhaul: VR-Family Twin-Turbo V6 Replaces the V8

The legendary 5.6-litre naturally aspirated 'VK56VD' petrol V8 and seven-speed automatic have been permanently retired. In their place, the Y63 debuts a high-output 3.5-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V6 drawn from Nissan’s VR engine family, paired with a newly developed nine-speed automatic transmission.

The twin-turbo V6 delivers 317kW of power and 700Nm of torque—representing an increase of 19kW and a massive 140Nm (+25%) over the outgoing V8, with peak pulling power accessible significantly earlier in the rev range.

Engineered specifically for heavy-duty Australian touring, the engine incorporates a dedicated scavenger oil pump. This ensures continuous, uninterrupted engine lubrication during extreme off-camber climbs and steep outback dune driving.

Every Australian-delivered Patrol Y63 comes equipped with:
